For Charitable Organisations

I confirm that we can provide proof of Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), if applicable.

I have attached a detailed proposal outlining the intended use of the grant and the specific community impact.

For Local Sports Teams

I confirm that our team is registered with a recognised governing body (e.g., Football Australia, Netball Australia, etc.).

I have provided details on how the grant will promote inclusivity (e.g., enabling participation for low-income families, funding equipment for disadvantaged players, etc.).

For Community Groups/Non-Profit Organisations

I confirm that our organisation is incorporated and I have provided an Incorporation Certificate.
