Community groups across Australia now have the opportunity to bring their projects to life with the support of the new Pace Farm Community Grants Program.

Grants of up to $5,000 are available for projects that foster inclusivity, enhance community facilities and improve services that make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

The grants are open to community groups including charities, sporting clubs, schools, environmental organisations and community groups.

Pace Farm Chief Executive Officer Phil Wiese said the Community Grants Program aligns with the organisation’s vision and values.

“At Pace Farm our vision is simple – eggs for everyone,” Mr Wiese said. “We want to provide everyone access to healthy, nutritional, delicious eggs wherever they are.

“These grants provide a great opportunity for local organisations to provide their community with the resources and infrastructure they need to support their missions, wherever they are.”

Pace Farm will support proposed projects that have positive and measurable benefits for their community and have the potential for long-term impact.

Priority will also be given to projects that align with Pace Farm’s respect for equity and inclusion, driven by its vision of eggs for everyone, and its clearly identified set of values.

“Our values serve as the foundation for our business,” Mr Wiese said. “Care, integrity, innovation, passion, fun and ownership – these values inspire us to make a positive impact, and now we want to extend that support to local communities, with grants that focus on building real community inclusivity and enhancement.”

Examples of projects that could be provided funding through the program include upgrading food charity kitchens, improving team clubrooms, upgrading sporting equipment, delivering education programs to remote groups, providing community health and wellness programs, or assisting a revegetation initiative.

Eligible groups can apply for grants of up to $5,000 to fund projects that create lasting, positive change.

The Pace Farm Community Grants Program runs four times a year, with applications closing on June 30, October 31, December 31 and March 31.
