2 Pace Farm eggs
¼ spreadable cheese
4 tomato slices
½ cup baby spinach
Pinch salt and pepper
Cut bagels in half lengthwise and toast.
Spread cheese on bottom halves of the bagels. Top with tomatoes and spinach.
Fry eggs to desired doneness and arrange over tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper then top with remaining bagel halves.
