Nutella Brownies
Ingredients
- 450g Nutella
- 3 XL 700g Pace Farm eggs
- 120g plain flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C; line a brownie tin.
- Whisk Nutella + eggs until smooth and glossy.
- Fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour into the tin; smooth the top.
- Bake 25–30 mins until the top has a slight crackle and the middle is just set.
- Cool slightly before slicing.
