A Strategy for the future

Pace Farm’s strategy focuses on three key pillars: enhancing market positioning, driving operational excellence and invigorating organisational culture.

Pace Farm Eggs

Strategic Pillar 1:

Enhance Market Positioning

Our first objective is to refine our market positioning, setting ourselves in the ideal position for growth. Initiatives include market analysis to inform a flexible, dynamic roadmap for the next three years, and a brand refresh that reflects Pace Farm’s personality, quality and product mix. Strategic acquisitions and capacity management will strengthen our supply and bargaining position, matching evolving market needs.

Strategic Pillar 2:

Drive Operational Excellence

Operational excellence will be achieved through production transition, shifting more production to cage-free and free-range farming to exceed modern welfare standards. Infrastructure enhancements will expand capacity, incorporating innovative technology, while Lean methodology and a comprehensive sustainability framework will drive efficiency and environmental responsibility. Governance improvements will support the transformation to a growth-oriented corporate enterprise.

Strategic Pillar 3:

Invigorate Our Culture

Our third pillar will foster a workplace culture that values performance, safety and inclusivity. Initiatives include robust health, safety and wellbeing systems, a talent and capability framework, and a high- performance culture framework to reward achievement. Transparent communication channels will ensure our workforce is empowered, engaged and prepared for change.

With these three strategic pillars, we’re not just aiming to grow; we’re positioning Pace Farm at the forefront of the egg industry sustainably and responsibly.

By staying true to our tradition while evolving to exceed consumer expectations, we’re equipping Pace Farm to navigate the challenges and take full advantage of future opportunities. It’s a bright future for our people, our industry, and the communities we serve.
